[Bug 311161] [NEW] Replace Konversation (KDE3) with Quassel

Public bug reported:

I just want to make a suggestion. Assuming that the Qt4 port of
Konversation doesn't make the release, Quassel could be included in the
Jaunty release, configured by default to use localhost. Quassel is a bit
smaller than Konversation so it might help when it comes to packaging.
