[Bug 277458] [NEW] intrepid kde4 icons are all screwed up

I've upgraded to Intrepid this morning (/last night) and I'm now seeing a whole lot of icons that are incorrect, starting out with the "start" icon (currently displayed: back button!) but continuing in a lot of kde applications. worst i've seen so far is konqueror (i'm attaching a screenshot). 

if this is a specific, local error i'd like to request help, otherwise
well i'd say it's a pretty weird bug :-)

ok any comments/help/support/... appreciated! thanks!
