[Bug 307819] [NEW] kopete integrated webcam doesnt work

I have an integrated webcam into my dell 1525 inspiron laptop and when
someone trys to send me a video chat or vice versa it doesnt work, i
don't get any video but in the configure under video I can see myself
and the LED light is on, but I can not transmit any video what can I do
to fix this. Reminder I AM VERY NEW WITH linux
