[Bug 307136] [NEW] dolphin+konsole triggers infinite number of kio-thumbnails

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Binary package hint: dolphin

Open dolphin, select (without opening it) an icon representing an image
or pdf file. The thumbnail should appear in the "information panel"
(otherwise open the information panel F11)

Then press F4 to open a konsole attached to the same window.

Then, strangely, an ever growing number of kio_thumbnails are triggered (check with 'top' on a separate terminal)
and (of course) the system becomes very very slow.

Close the konsole (F4) and everything gets back in order.


I'm using kubuntu Intrepid installed from scratch.
