[Bug 306470] [NEW] Israeli mirror disappeared from list

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept

In Gutsy and Hardy, the Israeli mirror isn't listed in Adept's package
management configuration. Feisty had it. The Israel Internet Association
(ISOC.org.il) keeps a mirror of all releases, and manually hacking
sources.list to use http://il.archive.ubuntu.com/ works perfectly.
Adept's configuration (or wherever the list is kept) needs to be
corrected.

By the way, is this related to #268991
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt/+bug/268991)
which complains about that mirror not being listed in 
/usr/share/python-apt/templates/Ubuntu.mirrors ?
