[Bug 306412] [NEW] KDE4 KDM Theme "Oxygen" does not cover screen

The default KDM theme "Oxygen" does not cover the full screen on 16:9
widescreen displays (Observed on a Acer Aspire 6930). Annoyingly, junk
data on the framebuffer shows through at the horizontal extremities of
the screen.

Ways to fix it:
1. The background artwork needs to be extended horizontally to an aspect ratio >= 16:9
2. In line 26 of file /usr/share/apps/kde4/kdm/themes/oxygen/oxygen.xml, width="scale" should be replaced with width="100%". (However, this would cause the theme to stretch on any aspect ratio other than what the artwork is designed for - hence option 1 is preferred).
