I have this problem on KDE 4.2 on Jaunty after installing ubuntu-mobile.

There should be a way to disable the autostart of devilspie on KDE.
Applications like Kopete look really ugly in maximized mode and on a
normal (laptop) display this doesn't make sense.

Maybe this bug has to do something with bug #305690, because CellWriter
gets started without beeing asked, too.
