[Bug 305688] [NEW] Adept crashes after start

Binary package hint: adept

I have Kubuntu Intrepid with KDE 4.2 beta packages running.
First there appears this error:

Something broke. Adept will exit when you click OK. Please recover
manually.

The exception says: 
APT Error. Context:
    The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened., 
    Toll, Sie haben die Anzahl an Beschreibungen überschritten, die APT handhaben kann., 
    Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/ddebs.ubuntu.com_dists_intrepid_universe_binary-i386_Packages
