[Bug 305035] [NEW] Right click "Extract here" progress dialog window should be wider

Right click "Extract here" progress dialog window should be wider

Steps to reproduce --
1. Right click any archive supported by Ark and select the option "Extract Here"
2. Observe that the progress dialog appears while the extraction is being done.
3. Observe that we cannot read the window title. We can only see "Pl...wait"
This is with the screen size at 1280x800

Expected behavior -- 
The window should be wide enough for the window title to be completely visible.
We could make the progress dialog to be of a minimum width so that the window title is visible.
