Good afternoon,

Are you still having problems w/ Konqueror always overwriting a file
instead of resuming?  I am currently not having the problem on Intrepid
or Hardy.  I am wondering if you are still having problems with this
bug?

If so could you please update this bug with the current version of Kubuntu you are using along with the current version of KDE you are using?
