[Bug 260741] [NEW] black selection bar on black background is not the best option

Public bug reported:

It's simple as that - after installing kubuntu-grub-splashimages I get a
nice splash image, but also a black selection bar on black(ish)
background. It's still possible to tell which entry is highlighted, but
it's rather difficult.
