[Bug 260057] [NEW] Allow foldersharing as default in Kubuntu

Foldersharing through samba is not allowed for users by default in Kubuntu.
I think it should because it's a complicated process of enabling this manually and there is not real reason for an average user not being allowed to share his or her files if he wished to.
Right now. Konqueror, select folder-> properties -> share-tab -> "configure samba"-button -> "advanced sharing" button ->allow all users to share.
