Kubuntu/gutsy

When I plug in my (fat32) usb memory stick, kubuntu mounts it with the
'shortname=lower' option. This breaks all kinds of things (rsync and
unison to name a couple) because it doesn't properly preserve the case
of certain file/folder names on the USB stick (converts all 8.3 file
names to lowercase - see 'man mount' for more info).

In Bug 15225, it was decided for ubuntu that the default should be
'shortname=mixed'. Kubuntu should adopt the same default as ubuntu for
consistency.

** Affects: kdelibs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
