[Bug 182215] [NEW] kde4 Kopete - Jabber SSL Error

Kopete presents the following error when trying to connect to Google's
GTalk/Jabber server -

"Jabber SSL Error - SSL support could not be initialized for account 
user at gmail.com. This is most likely because the CSA TLS plugin is 
not installed on your system."

However - qca-tls and libqca2 packages are installed.
