[Bug 147637] [NEW] Gutsy QT dropdowns flicker on mouseover

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Upgraded to Kubuntu gutsy beta using the upgrade tool.

On moving the mouse on or off a dropdown list box, it will flicker,
apparently between "normal" and "hover" graphical states. This lasts a
few seconds, after which it continues with its correct behaviour. Moving
the mouse across the area does not trigger the problem, only moving it
in or out of the area.

Probably worth noting that, presumably because of my ATI graphics
driver, the upgrade has set me to use XGL.

Finally, it seems to be related to QT - GTK list boxes, e.g. in
thunderbird and pidgin, work normally.
