[Bug 256436] [NEW] Keyboard shortcuts blocks re-use after app-uninstall

Public bug reported:

I had FF2 installed on my Kubuntu 8.04 and a command shorcut to this
application (Win+B). That worked just fine. Later I uninstalled FF2 and
set the command shortcut 'Win+B' to FF3. It displayed the key-combo in
the setting, but when I actually used the command shortcut it didn't
work. I had to re-install FF2, remove the command shortcut and uninstall
FF2 again so it did work finally.
