[Bug 148935] Re: quanta bluefish kompozer web editors are in different menus

The placement of this package should not rely on the status of the
package Quanta. Bluefish, Quanta, Cssed and Im sure many others of a
similar function are put in the programming category. As a user this
caused my some consternation as I could not find the program I just
thought I had installed in the menu-I launched it from the terminal. I
just thought to look at it in under the internet submenu-which is why im
hoping this matter receives some attention.
