[Bug 254590] [NEW] Latest kdebase in intrepid broke all KDE apps

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase

With the runtime packages from version 4:4.1.0-0ubuntu2 of kdebase,
running any KDE apps (at least konsole, kate, korgac, and korganizer)
within the gnome environment just results in that application using 100%
CPU time and never appearing.

The following reliably fixes the problem:
cd /var/cache/apt/archives && sudo dpkg -i kdebase-runtime*4.1.0*ubuntu1*.deb
