[Bug 224733] [NEW] Could not open file with kate by open with

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kate

on the context menu, when you click on "open with kate" nothing happen.
If I open kate, click on file, open, every thing is going ok

I've got the same problem :
*when I force a downgrade with kate (4:3.5.8-0ubuntu2) (gusty version).

*with kate-kde4

*on a dbclick on the file when kate is the default application
