[Bug 224238] [NEW] USB HD automount causes system crash 8.04

Public bug reported:

After setting a USB HD to automount, Kubuntu crashes every time when I
turn on the HD in future. Currently using Kubuntu 8.04. Problem did not
exist in 7.10.
