[Bug 102733] [NEW] Network Proxy Configuration Broken

In Kubuntu Feisty Fawn Beta (Live CD) I cannot click the radio button to
enter my Proxy Username and Password.  It is faded out and will not
allow me to select it.  This prevents me from using the network proxy,
thus prevents internet access.
