[Bug 222925] [NEW] Dell Inspiron Fn key on Kubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04 [KDE 3.5.9]

The Fn (function) key works for all but two short cuts:

Fn + F10 = eject CD
Fn + F2 = enable/ disable wireless

To reproduce, simply attempt the following on a Dell Inspiron laptop.
This one is a 1300, but I assume that others have the same keyboard
layout more or less.
