[Bug 180867] [NEW] Xubuntu news rss feed is downloaded, every time in akregator

This feed (Xubuntu tour to be exact) gets downloaded every time akregator checks for new feeds.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/Xubuntu

This means that it downloads the same feed every standard half an hour.

I don't know if it is an akregator, or xubuntu's website bug, everything
else works well in akregator.
