Right now on an updated Hardy:

If I change the keys from kwallet to 'config file' the passwords are
deleted from kwallet (as before).

But now if I revert the setting, I get the passwords back. So while I
find this a bit disconcerting (that I am not told that the passwords are
being moved out of the wallet). They are actually copied to the config
file, and restored into the wallet when I change the settings back.

As far as I am concerned the bug closed.
