[Bug 214774] [NEW] U/I FFE: power consumtion monitor

I'm requesting a FFE for adding power consumption display to the
guidance-power-manager. This will ultimately bring the guidance-power-
manager feature-wise closer to the power-manager in gnome. For a laptop
user this is a very nice feature, and will make it easier to see the
effect of your power-saving efforts.

The U/I change is very little intrusive, as it only changes a non-
interactive object in a pop-up, but is a large enchantment. Please see
the attached screenshot for the change.
