[Bug 127693] Re: dolphin konqueror like servicemenu support

I posted this bug on bugs.kde.org (
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160319 ) and received a response
that it's a case of distributions doing a correct installation of
service-menus. From the response I got this certainly isn't 'intended
behaviour' from the KDE point of view. Should this not be marked as
'bug'?
