[Bug 146465] repetitions are counted wrongly

Public bug reported:

i entered a new event with 12 weekly repetitions. the next day i
excluded two sessions by specifiying exeptions for these.

as i understood "stop after X repetitions" the excluded sessions should
be put at the end but the behaviour was that the program did count even
the excluded ones
