[Bug 141429] kde guidance power manager crash

KDE Power Manager isn't the only app that crashes.  This is actually
caused by a bug in either python-qt3 or the qt library itself.  When
importing qt lib in python it gets killed with SIGBUS.  I already logged
that separately in bug #140053

Other apps affected are restricted-manager and kcminit.

I can provide more details or do some more debugging if needed.
