[Bug 137481] [Gutsy Tribe 5] Kontact doesn't save custom toolbar/setting

Binary package hint: kontact

In Kontact Version 1.2.4 (enterprise 0.20070831.706792), when adding buttons in the toolbar then exiting and restarting, the toolbar resets to default. This has been an ongoing issue for me since Tribe 3. 
I'll be adding a screenshot on my next comment.
