[Bug 137357] Konqueror does not open archives itself any more

Unlike Hoary, Kubuntu Feisty seems not to include the ability to
navigate into archives (zipfiles, at least) as if they were directories.
Sadly, this means that users have to open the Ark application and use
the WinZip-style user interface instead of just accessing files
directly, or even unpacking the archive directly using an action in
Konqueror. I consider this state of affairs a step in the wrong
direction - even Windows 2000 permitted zipfile navigation. Here, the
most usable paradigm has been abandoned in favour of the inferior
WinZip-style paradigm with its cut-down file manager functionality.
