[Bug 157098] error creating the new folders when the name of the machine is changed

Public bug reported:

When the machine name is changed trough the systemssettings GUI, it
creates new cache-new_machine_name folders. The problem is it creates
this folders with root as the owner, which makes it crash the next time
the user wants to login.
