Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tvtime

Using Ubuntu 7.10 TVTime does not allow change of video source, and indicates "Format Unsupported by Logitrech QuickCam EC Cannot open capture device /dev/video0.
Webcam (Camorama) works fine,  but TVTime will not see TV card (Hauppague, which worked well with Ubuntu 7.04)
