cpuinfo shows the information just fine:

What other information should I try to provide?

** Description changed:

- Powermanager shows CPU speed 0 and won't let set CPU states (performance, dynamic, powersave), doesn't even show them.
+ Both in Feisty and Gutsy, KDE Powermanager shows CPU speed 0 and won't let set CPU states (performance, dynamic, powersave), doesn't even show them.
  Computer is HP laptop GH633AA
