[Bug 155875] kmix: please add "reset defaults" button

Binary package hint: kmix

Wish: the kmix mixer has so many controls that it happens that I changed
the sound settings and cannot reset them easily to some reasonable
values. Therefoe it would make sense to add a button "reset to defaults"
to the kmix mixer.
