[Bug 155096] Power manager mistakingly recognises /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuidle as cpu

Public bug reported:

If you upgrade your linux kernel to v2.6.23 and use cpuidle as well,
guidance power manager will recognise cpuidle as an additional cpu that
is disabled, it shouldn't. A simple patch fixes this.
