The patch does not fix the problem for me, though I might have a slightly different problem here:
Just upgraded to 7.10 from 7.04 and while basket *does* show up in the list of components it does not show up as a button on the left hand side of the screen meaning it cannot be selected. After applying the patch, it also vanishes from the list of components.
