[Bug 153168] [Gutsy] KDevelop on Xubuntu doesn't show in the menu

I installed KDevelop on Xubuntu Gutsy, however, I can't access it from
the Applications menu. I have to either manually launch it from Alt-F2
or Add it to the menu using Alacarte.
