[Bug 152543] Dolphin should be started when selecting a file managment item in the konqueror welcome screen

Binary package hint: konqueror

Dolphin is now the default file manager in Kubuntu
Therefore, if you select a file management item in the welcome screen (such as media or home) then Dolphin should start, and not Konqueror in file managment mode.
