In Kubuntu 7.10 64bit RC:

When using konqueror with file management profile this error appears:

Will not save configuration. Configuration file
"/home/user/.kde/share/config/kio_thumbnailrc" not writable

owner: root
group: root
permissions: rw - -

Changed permissions to rw for owner, group and others and error message
dissapears.
