[Bug 151702] Black screen with Wine

Binary package hint: kdebase

When attempting to run Wine 0.9.46 the screen goes black.  Exiting the
Wine app (winecfg, notepad, etc.) restores the display.  On the same
system, Wine does not exhibit this behavior in XFCE.  Only errors I
noticed are in .xsession-errors:
