[Bug 149932] Impossible to install new KDN theme

kcontrol --version:
Qt: 3.3.7
KDE: 3.5.7
KDE Control Center: 3.5.7

Scenario:
Launch Kcontrol
Select "KDM Theme Manager"
Active the administrator mode
Click "Install new theme"
Select a compressed file containing a new theme

Result:
Nothing append. The theme is not imported

Expected result:
The theme must be imported

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
