[Bug 149118] kdesktop icon position

It is an old problem, that comes back again, with a new "feature".
So the kde 3.5.7 under kubuntu gutsy beta isn't stores the positions of my icons, but now when it restores the icons after login, it's underlays kicker. My kicker positioned to the top of the screen.
