[Bug 172671] libk3b2_extracodecs causes k3b to crash

Binary package hint: libk3b2-extracodecs

Requiring to install the libk3b2-extracodecs will make the k3b crashing
at startup with the following message:

kdecore (KAction): WARNING: KActionCollection::KActionCollection( QObject *parent, const char *name, KInstance *instance )
ERROR: Communication problem with k3b, it probably crashed.

By purging it and replacing it with libk3b2-mp3, the k3b will start
running back again.
