[Bug 165036] Amarok should store metadata with/in music

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: amarok

The hard drive containing my home directory died, and my only backups
are months old. My bad. All of the amarok metadata about my music
collection, added in those months, has been lost.

To prevent similar from happening, Amarok should store metadata in the
id3 of the mp3s that it is playing. This would include at least rating /
score, but possibly also play count, etc. An added benefit to this would
be that if you access the same music from another computer (say, if the
music is on a shared drive), Amarok will pick up the ratings that you
made, and you won't have to go through the hacky way that is recommended
to export the database.

I'm not saying that the database shouldn't be present, as obviously it
is the fastest way to access metadata about a collection, just that the
data should also be kept *with* the music (if not in the id3, then as
hidden files within the directories.)

** Affects: amarok (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
