[Bug 164678] ktorrent not aware the torrent finished

Binary package hint: ktorrent

This is the very first time I see this and am not able to replroduce it.
The point is that the torrent has been completed, but Ktorrent still shows a percentage og completion other than 100% and sometimes tries to go on downloading.
I'll attach a screen snapshot as I cannot produce any log.
