[Bug 163068] kfaxview showing fax .TIF files with incorrect ratio

Binary package hint: kfaxview

While kfax shows all fax .TIF files correctly, the kfaxview doesn't.
It seems to me that kfaxview  doesn't double the number of rows to be displayed.
