[Bug 159654] Kopete + Webcam bug fix to update on repository

After several hours making some tests on my computer with a kopete
developer to correct a bug, he finally sent me a patch which corrected a
total crash of kopete (and also the webcam flickering) in configuration
> device.

I would like it to be updated on the ubuntu repository (as well as the
very annoying msn bug, which make kopete crash if you don't install a
.deb manually).

He told me just to post the link of the problem on launchpad, so the kde bug is here:
