[Bug 161107] kmail forgets manually assigned shortcut keys

Binary package hint: kmail

Using Settings->Configure Shortcuts, I like to assign J to "Filter
Classify as spam". This works fine for a while, but once I restart kmail
it forgets the shortcut. Same problem if I assign Ctrl-J instead.

Running xubuntu Gutsy.
