[Bug 160199] sftp:// in konqueror attempts login with bad credentials

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

When logging in with Konqueror and sftp using kdewalletmanager,
konqueror first attempts a login with the local username (and frankly I
don't know which password), and only when it fails attempts a login
using the credential given by the wallet manager. This leads to invalid
login attempts being logged on the remote machine, and thus may cause
problems with tools like fail2ban (http://www.fail2ban.org/). The
resulting log can be clearly seen in the remote machine's logfile.

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
