[Bug 159982] KMail using mixed locale template in replies

Binary package hint: kmail

I'm running KMail 1.9.6 (enterprise 0.20070907.709405)  (Gutsy KUbuntu)
with the Italian locale (so neither the English/UK nor the English/US).

When I reply to  an email I get the automatic "reply head line" with the date itself in english language and the rest of it in Italian.
I would expect to either have everything in Italian (preferred) or have everything in English. But never a mix of the two.
